Chef Nishant Choubey
A true culinary veteran, Chef Nishant has more than 20 years of experience and has worked across many fine-dining establishments over the span of his impressive career. The celebrity chef consultant commenced his career at the Oberoi Hotel and then worked with Madinat Jumeirah Dubai for three years in speciality restaurants such as Pier Chic, Sagreto, and Khayamat. The gifted chef, who believes in sustainable practices, was chosen to undergo training at John Folse Culinary Institute, Louisiana.
Chef Bharat Khemani
Best described as being born into the culinary world, chef Bharat Khemani is a third-generation chef and culinary entrepreneur who graduated from IHM Lucknow. He describes himself as having a culinary inclination since childhood and has served many decorated personalities like former Prime Ministers and Bollywood celebrities. He currently heads Nutmeg Caterings and has also hosted numerous food festivals at The Oberoi.
Chef Suvir Saran
He is a man of many talents, a chef, cookbook author, educator as well as a farmer who specializes in bringing Indian cooking to the American kitchen. He initially turned cooking from a hobby to a successful career in the catering business Rasoi, The Indian Kitchen. He went on to appear on Bravo’s Top Chef: Masters and wrote several best-selling cookbooks. He currently heads the culinary department of the Bastian Hospitality Group as the Director.
Chef Gautam Chaudhry
Chef Gautam Chaudhry represents the exclusive group of creative chefs who pioneered the trend of Progressive Indian Cuisine. Having started his career with the Radisson Group, Chef Gautam went on to work with The Oberois. Most recently, Chef Gautam added yet another feather to his cap by being listed as one of India’s Top 10 Chefs by Hotelier India. He currently works with Demiurgic Hospitality.

As the Managing Director of Fab Cafe and the founder of Chefs United Foods Pvt Ltd, he has established himself as a trailblazer in the world of healthy, sustainable cuisine. With over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, he has a deep understanding of the importance of quality ingredients and innovative techniques.
